Seeking to further improve the path that the company has followed for years to protect the health and safety of its employees, Caprari has successfully achieved UNI ISO 45001 certification.

With its focus on leadership, involvement of employees and risk assessment, the new certification reinforces the company’s organisational approach, promoting a corporate culture that looks at health and safety at work, not only for regulatory compliance, but also as an opportunity for improvement and growth of the company as a whole.

While it had already met the BS OHSAS 18001 standard, Caprari decided to acquire the ISO 45001 certification as well to raise its operating standards, encouraging the continuous development in accident prevention.

Thanks to this investment, Caprari has been among the first European companies to achieve this important goal, and the sixth Italian manufacturer to become ISO 45001 certified.

Caprari has always been strongly committed to sustainability and this commitment was further strengthened by the renewal of the ISO 14001 certification, which includes policies aimed at reducing consumption and environmental impact for a more conscious use of natural resources.

The target of certifications is generally to improve working efficiency, so that this becomes a strategic asset for competing in international markets when offering higher guarantees of process and product quality that benefit the customer.

This aspect is particularly relevant for Caprari, which, as an industrial group, operates on a global scale and faces international competition on a daily basis. Competing is important, but doing it in the right and safest way is essential.
