Custom Fluidpower, the largest independently owned hydraulic solutions provider in Australia, has acquired Gladstone based Dynamic Hydraulics Pty Ltd.
Dynamic Hydraulics joins the Custom Fluidpower Group which currently has a facility operating in Neil Street, Gladstone.
Custom Fluidpower CEO Graeme Vennell said, “Dynamic Hydraulics has an excellent reputation in Gladstone and we are pleased to welcome them to the Custom Fluidpower Group”.
“The addition of the Dynamic Hydraulics team to our current Gladstone facility means we can provide increased service levels to our local customers”, Vennell said.
“We look forward to providing current customers of Dynamic Hydraulics with additional services, such as design and engineering, to cater to their complete fluid power requirements”, he said.
The Gladstone branch will continue to be supported with technical customer service support, engineering services and additional labour from Custom Fluidpower’s Brisbane and Mackay branches.
Over the coming months, Dynamic Hydraulics will relocate their offices, plant and workshop facilities into the existing Custom Fluidpower premises. Tony Pratt, the former owner of Dynamic Hydraulics, will join the Custom Fluidpower Group as Gladstone Operations Manager.
