PIA Online Pumps Systems Training Course

The PIA is offering a new competency-based training program aimed at staff that are working within the pumping industry, enabling participants to provide a more professional service to people relying on the pumping industry for advice, service and products. Irrigation Australia Limited is a Registered Training Organisation and will be facilitating the course on behalf of PIA, using their certified and recognised trainers.
The training program will be run online over three days, 23-25 June, with a fourth day consisting of face-to-face practical training to take place at a future date once current government restrictions allow it in the participants closest capital city.
Over the course of the program, participants will cover the following core competencies:
- AHCIRG340 Install irrigation pumps
- AHCIRG435 Determine hydraulic parameters for an irrigation system
- AHCIRG438 Select and manage pumping systems for irrigation
Upon completion of the program, participants will be given a “Statement of Attainment” for the three competencies that will be covered during the four-day training course.

Non-PIA Member – $1,655+GST
