From abrasive conditions to extreme pressures, Exitflex hydraulic hoses deliver unmatched durability and reliability across mining operations, helping Motion customers reduce maintenance and maximise uptime.

In the mining sector, hydraulic hose failures can bring productivity to a halt. Harsh operating environments, high-pressure systems, and relentless abrasion are daily challenges for mine operators – and choosing the right fluid power solution is critical to performance. That is where Exitflex comes in.

Motion’s range of Exitflex constant pressure hydraulic hoses have been engineered specifically to endure the demands of modern mining. Whether it is open cut or underground, mobile equipment or fixed plant, Exitflex hoses are designed to resist wear, abrasion, pressure spikes, and corrosive elements – far exceeding the expectations of standard hose assemblies.

At the heart of the Exitflex offering is an engineered matched system, where hoses and couplings are designed, manufactured, and tested together. This ensures full compliance with MDG–41 and Queensland’s Recognised Standard 23 – giving operators confidence in hose assembly safety, compatibility, and performance.

The Exitflex Ultratuff cover exceeds the abrasion resistance requirements of ISO standards, while the hose’s flexibility and tight bend radius make it easy to install in complex routing configurations.

Exitflex hoses are also FRAS (fire-resistant anti-static) and MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration)-compliant, with antistatic properties and high flame resistance for use in hazardous environments.

Coupled with corrosion-resistant, matched Exitflex couplings, Exitflex hose assemblies deliver endurance and high performance.
