Chevron Australia, on behalf of the Gorgon Joint Venturers, is currently taking steps to gain environmental approval for the development of a fourth production train at the Gorgon LNG Project.
The company has released a Public Environmental Review / Draft Environmental Impact Statement to the public.
In addition to the expansion of the Gorgon Gas Development to 20 MTPA, the PER/Draft EIS document covers the development of additional fields, utilising existing Project infrastructure to maintain gas supply as well as a third trunkline.
