KROHNE, Inc. helps edible oil producers improve hygiene in their processes with unique measurement solutions designed for the food and beverage sector. Whether handling raw materials, controlling production steps, or bottling the finished product, KROHNE’s cutting-edge technology guarantees quality, safety, and efficiency throughout manufacturing.

KROHNE’s unique straight-tube Coriolis mass flowmeters reliably measure viscous edible oils even when air entrainment and pressure drops are present. With Entrained Gas Management (EGM) technology, a standard feature in every KROHNE mass meter, these solutions enable manufacturers to optimize processes despite the frequent presence of entrained air. The straight-tube design allows fluid to pass through without obstruction, extending the product’s lifespan and ensuring durability when handling abrasive materials.

In addition, KROHNE addresses the challenge of density variations in tanks with its advanced FMCW radar technology, providing accurate, contactless, and density-independent measurements. Manufacturers can further enhance process efficiency with KROHNE’s pressure transmitters, featuring ceramic membranes that react quickly, remain unaffected by temperature changes, and eliminate the risk of leakage.

KROHNE’s comprehensive product suite serves various applications in edible oil manufacturing, including hydrostatic level measurement in storage tanks for reliable stock management, improved inventory monitoring, and cost-effective pressure gauge replacements. KROHNE’s non-contact radar level transmitters significantly improve inventory control and storage tanks’ monitoring for refined edible oil. Additional applications include level measurement in deep fryers, equipping mixing facilities with measurement technology, and flow measurement in oil mills.

KROHNE delivers innovative solutions to help edible oil manufacturers maximize operational efficiency and maintain the highest production standards. For more information, speak with KROHNE at the conference or visit www.us.krohne.com.
