Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, a leading US manufacturer of engineered mechanical seals and seal support systems, has announced the launch of Flexaseal Australasia (FASAU), featuring a service and distribution centre in Gladstone, Queensland, along with sales offices in Melbourne and Perth.

The new operation strengthens Flexaseal’s ability to support customers across the Australasian region with local seal repair services, faster delivery times, and enhanced technical support.

Establishing a local footprint in Australia marks a major step in Flexaseal’s global growth strategy and reinforces its commitment to investing in key international markets.

Led by a team of seasoned industry professionals with deep expertise in mechanical seal technologies and support systems, the Gladstone facility will function both as a regional service hub and a dedicated repair facility, ensuring faster response times and greater reliability for end users.

“This expansion allows Flexaseal to deliver a higher level of service to our customers in the region by combining local capability with our global resources,” Alex Slauson, President of Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, said.

“Our focus remains on providing reliable, innovative solutions that help customers improve performance and reduce downtime.”

The launch of FASAU expands Flexaseal’s international network and underscores its long-standing commitment to engineering excellence, customer-driven solutions, and sustainable growth across industries including mining, oil and gas, water and wastewater, and pulp and paper.
