The water and energy industries are constantly evolving, and companies that change and grow alongside these industries display innovation, reliability and value to their customers.

Franklin Electric has grown from a small motor manufacturing company into a leading global provider of systems and components for moving water and energy.

Named after the US’s pioneer electrical engineer, Benjamin Franklin, Franklin Electric continues to follow the core of its founders’ strategy by continuously improving its products and processes to deliver valuable and innovative solutions that better serve its customers’ needs.

Franklin Electric has consolidated its water business group globally under one Franklin Electric company. Today, Franklin Electric Australia and Pioneer Pump Holdings Australia are one company – Franklin Electric Australia New Zealand – with two facilities in operation: the warehouse and assembly facility in Dandenong South, Victoria, and the fabrication assembly, test facility and warehouse in Sunshine West, Victoria.

Along with the consolidation of the businesses comes the staff and the years of pump experience the company has – hundreds of years of experience to assist every person who needs help with a pump or application.

Robust product range

Today, the range of products has expanded to include:

  • A full range of surface mount pumps, ISO, split case, multi-stage, small and large centrifugal motor pumps and self priming ranges, from small volume low head to extreme high volumes (2500LPS) and discharge heads exceeding 300m
  • Solar pumps and associated equipment
  • A huge range of below ground pumps, submersible turbine, line shaft, bore hole, and dewatering pumps

Franklin Electric prides itself on having one of the largest and most comprehensive ranges of pumping and associated products supplied by a single company globally.

Company mission

Franklin Electric are a vital global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of systems, focused on the movement and management of water, fuel and electricity.

Company vision

Franklin Electric strives to be an indispensable partner to its customers.

Company values

In the execution of its mission, Franklin Electric and its employees live safety; respect people; and apply the company’s key factors – quality, availability, service, innovation and cost.
