The Ichthys project is seeking various equipment for the Combined Cycle Power Plant, including control valves.
The Combined Cycle Power Plant is being constructed by CH2M Hill – UGL JV and GE consortium under an EPC Contract as part of the onshore facilities for the Ichthys LNG project at Blaydin Point, Darwin.
The consortium is seeking a range of equipment including control valves. The scope of work is for the supply and delivery of control valves for the 500 megawatts of electrical power plant. The type of control valve will be specified in detail in the tender document which will satisfy the process conditions. Generally control valves of globe, axial flow, butterfly, ball, angle or eccentric rotating plug design shall be required.
The equipment will be required in the fourth quarter of 2013.
