Pumps and pipework upgrade contract awarded

The City of Gold Coast, QLD has awarded a pumps and pipeworks upgrade contract for a number of sewer pump stations in the region.

The $329,516.00 contract was awarded to Xylem Water Solutions Brisbane.

The scope of the works includes the supply, installation and commissioning of new sewer pumps. These upgrade works have been identified for pumps and pipework at sewer pump stations in Broadbeach, Elanora and Helensvale.

The works expected to take place between the 9th of April and the 27th of August, 2014.

The contract was awarded via a competitive tender process out of a pool of seven total submissions.
