Government Property NSW is seeking tenders to upgrade the existing HVAC at the Government Office Building in Griffith.
The upgrade works include the following:
- Demolition of existing refrigeration plant
- Installation of new condenser unit/refrigeration plant
- Modifications to heating system
- Upgrades to internal AHU component
- Complete re-balance or air-distribution duct, VAVs and grilles.
Submissions to tender close 5 May 2015 at 9.30am.
