Blacktown City Council, NSW is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and resourced contractors for an upgrade of air conditioning to the South and East Wings of the Civic Centre for Blacktown.
The works under this contract will generally include the mechanical services works for decommissioning and removal of existing air conditioning, the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, all materials, labour and equipment for the mechanical services for the upgrade of the air conditioning and mechanical ventilation, in accordance with the specifications and drawings, to the following specific areas of Blacktown City Council Civic Centre building:
· East Wing levels: Ground, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5
· South Wing levels: Basement, Ground, levels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5
All work must be carried out in accordance with Council’s WHS policy and procedures, in particular Standard Operating Procedures SOP057.
