The District Council of Franklin Harbour (SA) currently seeks tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of a CWMS, including gravity drains, pump stations, rising mains to new treatment plant, irrigation mains, winter storage pond and irrigation systems for recycled water re-use.
