H2M Hill – UGL JV and GE consortium, contracted for engineering, procurement and construction on the Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) for the onshore Ichthys LNG facilities at Blaydin Point, Darwin, seeks offers from suitably qualified contractors for the design, supply, and installation of CCPP aboveground fire protection and detection systems.
The fire protection and detection system scope consists of following components:
• Copper-Nickel Standpiping from underground HDPE flange to aboveground valves, all associated fittings, and civil supports (e.g. thrust block)
• Butterfly Isolation Valves (Isoria 20 series or equivalent)
• Deluge Valves with Solenoid actuation
• 3-Way Fire Hydrants
• Hydrant hose boxes & equipment
• Oscillating Monitors
• Fire Extinguishers & cabinets
• Fire indicator panels.
• HSSD Systems
• Smoke Detectors
• Manual Call Points
• Fire and Gas Alarm Beacons
• Fire/Gas Alarm Horns
The fire water system shall be designed, supplied, and installed to applicable Australian Standards and Northern Territory, Australia regulations.
The Tenderer shall be responsible for complying with all relevant government regulations and laws regarding the performance of the Work including obtaining all necessary approvals, licenses and permits.
Minimum SOW Requirements:
Potential vendors must be able to demonstrate proven experience of supply for similar product/components in to likeminded industries such as: Oil & Gas, Power generation and Chemical process .
Delivery / Supply Schedule Tentative requirement fourth quarter of 2014.
