Tender: pump station upgrades

Mackay Regional Council (QLD) is seeking suitably qualified contractors for upgrades to two of Sarina’s Sewage Pump Stations and one of Mackay’s Sewage Pump Stations in order to meet increasing demand, to improve operational safety and to meet legislative compliance requirements.

The project involves the upgrade of the existing single-pump stations No. 7 and 8 in Sarina to dual pump configurations, the construction of valve pits, new internal and external pipework, switchboard plinths, switchboards and electrical conduits; and the upgrade of the existing external pipe work and the construction of an overflow pit at SPS Oak Street in Mackay.

Submissions close: 10:00am Brisbane time, Tuesday the 3rd of December, 2013.
