The City of Gold Coast, QLD is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and resourced organisation to install and commission a replacement gas cogeneration engine and associated equipment at Elanora Sewer Treatment Plant. The Sewer Treatment Plant (STP) has a biogas facility and the existing gas cogeneration and engine management system needs to be completely replaced with an installation that complies with the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004.
