Viento Group’s new subsidiary, Viento Utility Services has won its first contract.
The group has been awarded the design and construction of two low voltage transportable switch rooms and motor control centres for iron ore projects in the Pilbara, worth around $900,000.
John Prichard, managing director of VUS, said “the award of our first contract after just over three months of operation is an exciting milestone for the VUS business, and validates the decision to establish a business in the utilities sector”.
