Kingston City Council (VIC) is seeking tenders from experienced mechanical services contractors to upgrade the air conditioning system at Windows On The Bay at 333 Beach Road, Mordialloc, in accordance with the tender specification.
The mechanical services contractor will act as the Head Contractor and will be responsible for managing the works of subcontractors required to fulfil the scope of works.
Submissions close: 2:00PM Melbourne time, Thursday the 21st of August, 2014.
