Tender: cooling tower upgrade in Perth

The West Australian Department of Housing has issued a tender for new chiller, pumps and cooling tower upgrade at 99 Plain Street, East Perth

The project consists of the supply and installation of one new medium load water cooled chilled water unit together with new primary and secondary chilled water pumps and an upgrade of the existing cooling towers.

New works must be staged to allow the continued occupancy of the building.
