From morning breakfast to evening drink, Roto Pumps have been an essential force behind global food and beverage processing companies to provide your favourite food on time. With our rich experience of 50+ years, we understand the major pumping challenges faced by the food and beverage industry. This helped us to carefully design our progressive cavity pumps to provide a gentle, smooth and non-pulsating flow of viscous and shear-sensitive media while ensuring zero contamination.  These pumps are globally preferred for their low lifecycle and maintenance cost due to high-quality pump spares.

We are successfully handling all the major pumping applications in the global food and beverage processing industry such as:

DM and WM Series food pump

Flow: up to 86m3/hr

Pressure: up to 24 bar

DM series pumps are specially designed for applications in the food and beverage industries. These pumps are simple in construction with an emphasis on quick cleaning. All metallic parts in contact with the media are 316 and 304 stainless steel with a smooth finish. Wide throat hopper inlets incorporating coupling rod mounted augers are available for highly viscous media.

Distinctive features and benefits:

  • Smooth and non-pulsating flow
  • Non-contaminating metals
  • Zero retaining pockets
  • Cleaning in Place (CIP)
  • High Ssuction lift and low fluid velocity
  • Self-priming and non-clogging
  • Reversible

Prestigious installations in the food and beverage industry

Trolley mounted DM Series Pump transferring wine at a flow rate of 28m3/hr at 5 bar pressure.
DM Series Pump transferring condensed milk at a flow rate of 4m3/hr at 12 bar pressure.
DM Series Pump transferring carbonated water at a flow rate of 10m3/hr at 8 bar pressure.
